A Stranger to Myself by Amanda B 2025, A5, 64 pages
In 2024, after a period of pretty intense burnout, I took five months off work to travel around South America with a friend. This hefty tome is a travel diary of my experiences across Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Antarctica. Treat this as a virtual holiday, or as a travel guide to your own trip.

Box Box Baby by Amanda B 2025, A6, 44 pages
This zine is about my current obsession, Formula 1, but is also about sports fandoms, rivalries, and how the narratives we create about sport can be as satisfying and delusional as the narratives we create about ourselves. Consider it a primer to Formula 1 from the perspective of someone who doesn’t play or watch any other sports. No wheel knowledge required. Cover is an illustration of the McLaren rear brake by Rosario Giuliana.

Panacea for Loneliness #5 by Amanda B 2025, A6, 16 pages
Number five in a series about favourite films. This one is about films seen in the last five or so years, and is very loosely linked around the theme of grief (although not really intentionally). Think Aftersun, Personal Shopper, All the Beauty and the Bloodshed and more.

This is the Day by Amanda B 2015, A6, 40 pages
This was written in the year I turned 30, and is about living alone for the first time and a propensity for aloneness. It’s also a little bit about dating and getting into relationships and making your life change in the ways that you want.

Letters To A Sister by Amanda B 2012, A5, 36 pages
A zine written a year after the sudden death of my only sister in 2011. It is about grief and regrets and memories, as well as a time capsule of our life together.

Sutures by Amanda B 2010, A5, 35 pages
A new cover for an old zine. This was written the year my mum returned to work in Lebanon for a decade between 2010 and 2020, and is about understanding my parent’s experiences living in Beirut during the Lebanese civil war and my own identity as someone living between Lebanese and English backgrounds.
