Its official, registration for zinesters and crafters for This Is Not Art (T.I.N.A) Zine fair & Artist Markets are now open. The zine fair will be held in Civic Park in Newcastle on the 5th of October and they are currently calling out to all us Stall Holders.
The markets will host an array of goods including badges, books, cards, clothes, comics, cupcakes, flags, hats, hoodies, miniatures, mix tapes, patches, pins, post cards, posters, prints, puppets, recordings, tea-cups, toys, t-shirts & zines etc.
As stated on the website the Sunday Fair day includes Artists Market, Zine and Independent Publishing Fair, solar powered outdoor stage with special guest performances, other performances and readings at the National Young Writers’ Festival Super Picnic.

DATE: SUNDAY 05 OCTOBER 2008
TIME: 12.00 – 17.00
LOCATION: CIVIC PARK, NEWCASTLE
They supply the tables and chairs, beautiful shade in the park (bring rocks or pegs to hold down your zines, because they will fly away), variety of food stalls and good crowds.
COSTS FOR STALL HOLDERS:
NB: Tables are 2.3M
- 1/2 table for individuals $20
- Full table for collectives (get some friends together) $40
- Full table for retailers or distros $50
- Plus $5 for Public Liability Insurance – PLI is required for stallholders.

Also if you are finding the stall prices a tad steep for your budget make sure you come along anyway and trade your zines, it will be a big old zine fest, you will be drooling by the end of the day.
