Sarah Howell and Emma-Jean Gilmour are working on a grant proposal to organise some regional zine workshops ZINE CLOUD 2010 but they need zine artists/makers to make this happen.
The basic proposal is that the ZINE CLOUD workshops will lead to the zine artist host, supported by their local Regional Arts organisation, to travel to the proposed Zine Fair to be held as part of the 2010 Regional Arts Australia conference in Launceston, Tasmania, and potentially the Zine Fair at the National Young Writers’ Festival in Newcastle, NSW, to present the published zine from their region’s workshop.
Funding for ZINE CLOUD 2010 is still being sourced, so the expression of interest at this stage would be a great support and resource in our grant applications.
